Fast friendly service. They squeezed my car in for tires and alignment and got a loaner car on short notice. While waiting Paul (think it was his name) showed my wife a new GLE and was amazing. Mercedes purchased new from Mercedes of Stockton fourteen years ago. It has been serviced exclusively by them. The service department performed the 180,000 mile service on last visit. Their commitment to the car hasn't changed and is the reason the car is in such fine condition. I have trusted and relied on Jose for nine years. Understandably with CoVid it is hard to meet face to face. We requested a call and never received the call. In addition...... when we purchased our vehicle we were told that we would be instructed how to use many of the functions such as the auto park feature. We were also told that our vehicle came with a cargo screen which we still have not received. We love our car but are disappointed with the follow through.
Worked with Jay for over a month on a new vehicle purchase and finally was in a position to complete the transaction. Jay was outstranding to work with and remainded patient, professional and understanding. We got a straight forward, as promised, most attractive deal and drove away very happy with the new vehicle and the process.

My annual service was seamless in efficiency. From making the appointment to the greeting and knowledgeable service rep, the service was exceptional, I would expect nothing less from Mercedes. My loaner car was ready to go and performed exceptionally well. It was clean, sanitized and fueled up. Picking up my car was again efficient, thorough and professionally handled. My only suggestion is to make use of an electronic Apple Pay device, avoiding the necessity of handling credit cards.
It was easy to schedule an appointment at a time that was convenient for me. Check in was fast and easy. The waiting area was very nice and the staff was friendly. I was pleased to drive away in a clean car.
