Express Service is a service option designed to minimize your wait while minor Scheduled Service is completed, by having two technicians working on your vehicle at once. It’s service with the most quality in the least amount of time.

You can now request Express Service as your preferred service level. Our Customer Care Representatives will confirm an available time and you will be in and out – in no time.

What is Express Service?

  • Express Service covers routine Mercedes-Benz maintenance.
  • Express Service prioritizes customers who schedule appointments
  • With Express Service there is a “10K” Service appointment or a “20K” Service appointment
  • While your Mercedes-Benz is in for service, enjoy our state-of-the-art dealership’s complimentary amenities – from scrumptious treats and gourmet coffee to comfy chairs set in front of widescreen TVs.

  • Set tire pressures including spare monitoring system (if applicable)
  • All fluid level checks and corrections are dependent on factory-recommended service intervals for your vehicle’s year and model.
  • Replace air conditioning cabin filter or Replace cabin filter
  • Wiper Blade Replacement
  • Tire Rotation and Replacement
  • Battery Replacement – All batteries, including those underneath the passenger seat in SUVs (If time allows)
  • Exterior Bulb Replacement
  • Cabin dust/combination filter replacement
