2015-2018 Mercedes-Benz Clock Settings: How to Adjust Your Clock
Your Mercedes-Benz onboard GPS automatically sets the clock to the precise time except when Daylight Saving Time begins and ends. This of course means twice a year your Mercedes-Benz clock must be reset manually.
Now, Daylight Saving Time went into effect a couple weeks ago so we’re hoping your clocks have already been reset. But just in case, here’s a simple How To on springing forward.
- Using the central control pad or knob, scroll and select the Vehicle menu from the Command System display screen
- From the Vehicle menu scroll down to select the Time sub-menu
- Once the Time sub-menu is selected, scroll down and select Day Light Saving Time; from there, either turn Daylight Saving Time “On” or “Off”
- Note: Turn Daylight Saving Time “On” to spring forward and “Off” to fall back.
If you need any assistance just let us know, give us a call or stop by the dealership and we’ll walk you through the steps of setting your clock. Plus, we can show you how to do other things from the Time sub-menu such as change the date/time format and switch your clocks to 24hr time.
