Response to COVID-19
Dear Valued Guests and Customers of Mercedes-Benz of Stockton,
During these challenging times, our thoughts and best wishes for your health and well-being are with you. On behalf of all of us at team Mercedes-Benz of Stockton – we extend our services and our continuing mission to be a business of choice, an employer of choice and a leading community supporter in Stockton, our wonderful county of San Joaquin and for all who visit us at our dealership, on-line and by phone.
In reaction to the diligence being practiced by all of us trying to reduce and prevent the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19), and in accordance with guidance from our federal, state and local authorities, we will remain open for essential business services. We are taking steps to do our part to reduce the impact of this virus by temporarily reducing work hours and implementing flexible work schedules so our work coverage is adequate while also providing an accommodation to our staff. Our goal is to keep our essential business services available while practicing safe and proper social and business practices with the guidance provided by Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
We are watching the impact this is having on a daily and hourly basis. We recognize the
responsibility and role we play in reducing the strain on our local healthcare systems and, endeavor to keep our guests and team members safe and healthy to the best of our ability. We are closely monitoring information from the CDC, and federal, state and local agencies to help ensure that the actions we are taking are in line with the latest recommendations and guidelines.
We are communicating regularly with our employees to keep them informed and to ensure their safety and our customers’ safety. We remain open and available to accept appointments to provide services as needed. As always, we offer courtesy pickup and delivery of your vehicle for services and delivery after the sale and we take due care in maintaining your vehicle and keeping our loaner vehicles, furniture and work areas as clean as possible to minimize risks.
